Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HappyMod, including its website, application, APK download services, community features, user submissions, software listings, comments, reviews, and related services.

By accessing or using HappyMod, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use HappyMod.

1. Eligibility

You may use HappyMod only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use HappyMod only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using HappyMod, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of the Service

HappyMod is an APK discovery and download platform that may provide access to Android application package files, software information, user-generated content, ratings, reviews, and related materials.

HappyMod may include content uploaded, submitted, indexed, described, reviewed, or shared by users or third parties. HappyMod does not guarantee that any APK, file, description, screenshot, changelog, feature claim, version information, or user submission is accurate, complete, lawful, safe, secure, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You understand that APK files are installed at your own risk and may affect your device, data, security, accounts, applications, or services.

3. Changes to These Terms

HappyMod may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted through the service. Your continued use of HappyMod after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using HappyMod.

4. Account Registration and Security

Some features may require an account. If you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Not share, sell, transfer, or assign your account.
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify HappyMod through the available platform reporting tools if you believe your account has been compromised.

HappyMod may refuse registration, suspend accounts, remove usernames, or terminate accounts at its discretion, including where an account appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Your use of HappyMod.
The files you download, install, upload, submit, review, share, or distribute.
Ensuring that your use of any APK or software is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, software licenses, platform rules, and third-party terms.
Backing up your device and data before installing any APK.
Maintaining appropriate security protections on your device.
Any consequences resulting from installation or use of APK files obtained through HappyMod.

You must not use HappyMod in a way that violates the rights of others, compromises security, damages systems, enables unlawful conduct, or interferes with the normal operation of the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HappyMod to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload, submit, post, share, distribute, request, or promote illegal content.
Infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
Upload or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, keyloggers, botnets, malicious scripts, or harmful code.
Provide or promote tools intended to steal credentials, bypass security, hijack accounts, intercept communications, or gain unauthorized access.
Circumvent access controls, payment systems, digital rights management, subscription requirements, licensing restrictions, or technical protections where doing so is unlawful or unauthorized.
Impersonate another person, company, developer, publisher, moderator, or representative.
Misrepresent the origin, safety, legality, permissions, features, or functionality of any app or APK.
Post fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content.
Encourage violence, self-harm, exploitation, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, probe, scan, or test HappyMod systems without authorization.
Use automated tools to access, copy, download, index, or interact with HappyMod in a manner that burdens or disrupts the service.
Manipulate ratings, downloads, reviews, comments, search results, rankings, recommendations, or reporting systems.
Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to HappyMod without authorization.
Collect personal data from users without lawful basis and proper consent.
Upload or distribute content that contains hidden functions, undisclosed trackers, unauthorized advertisements, cryptominers, or unauthorized data collection.
Use HappyMod to develop, train, or improve competing services through unauthorized copying, extraction, or systematic collection of platform content.

HappyMod may determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct violates these Terms.

7. APK Downloads and Software Use

APK files available through HappyMod may be provided by users, developers, publishers, third-party sources, or other contributors.

By downloading or installing any APK, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for confirming that you have the legal right to download, install, and use the app.
You are responsible for complying with the app developer’s license terms and any applicable marketplace, platform, or service rules.
The APK may not be compatible with your device or operating system.
The APK may contain bugs, altered functionality, security risks, or unexpected behavior.
Installing APKs from outside official app stores may increase security and privacy risks.
HappyMod does not guarantee that any APK is free from malware, vulnerabilities, tracking technologies, data loss risks, account restrictions, bans, or service disruptions.
Use of modified, unofficial, or third-party APKs may violate the terms of other services and may result in loss of access, suspension, penalties, or other consequences.

You should install APKs only on devices you own or control and only where you understand and accept the associated risks.

8. User Content

“User Content” means any content submitted, uploaded, posted, rated, reviewed, shared, or otherwise made available by users through HappyMod, including APK files, descriptions, comments, reviews, screenshots, metadata, profile information, reports, and other materials.

You retain ownership of any rights you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content to HappyMod, you grant HappyMod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content in connection with operating, improving, moderating, promoting, and providing the service.

This license continues for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, maintain backups, and protect HappyMod and its users.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have all rights necessary to submit your User Content.
Your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
Your User Content does not contain malware, harmful code, deceptive functionality, or unauthorized data collection.
Your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not intentionally misleading.
Your submission does not breach any contract, license, confidentiality obligation, or platform rule.

HappyMod may remove, restrict, disable, reclassify, edit, moderate, or refuse User Content at any time, with or without notice.

9. Content Guidelines

User Content must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and safe. You must not submit content that:

Contains copyrighted material without authorization.
Uses trademarks, logos, branding, or developer names in a misleading way.
Falsely claims to be an official release, official update, official developer build, or verified version.
Misstates app functionality, permissions, safety, ownership, price, subscription status, or compatibility.
Contains malware, exploits, credential theft tools, spyware, surveillance tools, or hidden data collection.
Promotes unauthorized access, cheating, fraud, theft, abuse, or exploitation.
Includes personal information of others without permission.
Contains spam, repetitive posts, keyword stuffing, artificial ratings, or promotional manipulation.
Contains sexually exploitative content, child exploitation material, or content involving minors in a sexual or abusive context.
Encourages hate, harassment, threats, violence, self-harm, or discrimination.
Contains shocking, graphic, or abusive material without legitimate context.
Violates app developer, publisher, platform, or marketplace terms where such violation is unlawful or harmful.

HappyMod may use automated tools, user reports, human review, and other methods to moderate content.

10. Intellectual Property

HappyMod and its associated names, branding, interface, design, software, databases, compilations, features, and original content are owned by HappyMod or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of HappyMod without authorization.

Third-party app names, logos, trademarks, screenshots, descriptions, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their presence on HappyMod does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated by the rights holder.

HappyMod respects intellectual property rights and may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

11. Rights Enforcement and Content Removal

HappyMod may remove, disable, restrict, or block access to any content that HappyMod believes, in its sole discretion:

Violates these Terms.
Violates applicable law.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Creates security, privacy, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
Is misleading, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Is the subject of a credible rights, safety, security, or legal complaint.

HappyMod may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing, unlawful, harmful, or policy-violating content.

12. Third-Party Services and Content

HappyMod may display, reference, index, describe, or provide access to third-party software, materials, advertisements, services, or content.

HappyMod does not control third-party apps, developers, publishers, websites, services, advertisements, or networks. HappyMod is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, actions, omissions, or damages.

Your use of third-party software or services is governed by the terms, licenses, and policies of the applicable third party.

13. Advertising and Promotions

HappyMod may display advertisements, sponsored content, promoted listings, recommendations, or other commercial materials.

HappyMod does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or reliability of advertised products or services. Any dealings between you and advertisers or third parties are solely between you and the relevant third party.

14. Privacy and Data

Your use of HappyMod may involve the collection and processing of technical, usage, account, device, diagnostic, moderation, security, and related data.

You agree that HappyMod may process data as reasonably necessary to:

Provide and maintain the service.
Protect users, systems, and content.
Prevent fraud, abuse, malware, spam, and security threats.
Enforce these Terms.
Improve performance, features, safety, and reliability.
Comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit through HappyMod is submitted lawfully and with all required permissions.

15. Service Availability

HappyMod may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

HappyMod does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continued availability of any APK or content, preservation of user data, compatibility with any device, or continued support for any feature.

HappyMod may impose limits on downloads, uploads, storage, accounts, access, features, or usage to protect the service and users.

16. Security

HappyMod may use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service, users, and content. However, no system is completely secure.

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or undermine security features, access controls, moderation systems, rate limits, authentication systems, or safeguards.

HappyMod may investigate suspected security issues and may remove content, restrict access, preserve records, or suspend accounts to protect the service.

17. Suspension and Termination

HappyMod may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service at any time if HappyMod believes that:

You violated these Terms.
Your activity creates legal, security, privacy, operational, or reputational risk.
Your content is unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, or abusive.
You misuse the service or interfere with other users.
Suspension or termination is necessary to comply with law or protect HappyMod, users, or third parties.

You may stop using HappyMod at any time.

After suspension or termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, license grants, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and enforcement rights.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

HappyMod is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyMod disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, and reliability.

HappyMod does not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
APK files, apps, or content will be safe, lawful, accurate, complete, or free from harmful components.
Any defects or errors will be corrected.
Any app will function as described or remain available.
Any download will be free from malware, vulnerabilities, data loss, account restrictions, or device damage.
User Content or third-party content is reliable, verified, or appropriate.
The service will meet your expectations or requirements.

You use HappyMod, download APKs, install software, and rely on content at your own risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyMod and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, use, devices, accounts, business opportunities, or reputation.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, warranty, or any other legal theory, even if HappyMod has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyMod’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

The amount you paid to HappyMod, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
100 United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HappyMod and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of HappyMod.
Your User Content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right.
Your download, installation, modification, distribution, or use of any APK or software.
Your interactions with other users or third parties.

HappyMod may assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with the defense of such matter.

21. No Professional Advice

Content available through HappyMod is provided for general informational and platform-related purposes only. It does not constitute legal, cybersecurity, technical, financial, or professional advice.

You are responsible for making your own decisions and obtaining appropriate professional guidance where necessary.

22. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws.

You must not use HappyMod to download, upload, distribute, or transfer software or technical data in violation of applicable restrictions, embargoes, sanctions, or regulations.

23. International Use

HappyMod may be accessible from multiple countries. HappyMod makes no representation that the service, APKs, or content are appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you access or use HappyMod.

24. Disputes Between Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, developers, publishers, advertisers, and third parties.

HappyMod may, but is not required to, monitor or assist with disputes. HappyMod has no obligation to become involved in disputes between users or between users and third parties.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or HappyMod will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

27. No Waiver

HappyMod’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Any waiver must be explicit and made by HappyMod to be effective.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without HappyMod’s consent.

HappyMod may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, operation of law, or otherwise.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HappyMod regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications relating to the service.

30. Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Words such as “including” mean “including without limitation.”

Any rights granted to HappyMod under these Terms may be exercised at HappyMod’s discretion.

31. User Acknowledgment

By using HappyMod, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You use APK downloads and third-party software at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring your actions are lawful.
HappyMod is not responsible for third-party apps, user submissions, device damage, data loss, account penalties, or consequences arising from your use of APK files.
